Chef Suz Lara is a veteran of the Tampa food scene having worked as an executive chef at Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe, at the helm of Cass Street Deli, and as a sous chef at Rooster & The Till. Lara is the culmination of years of hard work and a lifelong dream, it is her love letter to Tampa.
